3) GaiaFlow® Intensive
GaiaFlow was created by John in the 1980’s to provide a spontaneous, understandable and learnable way of unifying inner and outer Nature through sacred movement. This unique motion form is a dynamic, flowing style of meditation and a way of movement that inspires your Union with all of Nature. GaiaFlow integrates five levels of liberation through movement: first, you learn and cultivate the core principles of Taoist movement as expressed in T’ai Chi Chuan and Qi Gong; second, you explore and practice traditional skills of tracking and stalking; third, you discover how to invoke the totemic beings of Nature, such as plants, animals, wind, water, stones and nature spirits; fourth, you experience all perceptual form in movement as a unified field, with no separation between inner and outer process; and finally, you follow all perceptions back into Source, until GaiaFlow emerges in the pure expression of spontaneous, joyful flow as the creative play of Source.

26) The Sacred Stones Seats of Crestone - One week Training and Meditation Retreat
Spend a week in the vastness of Colorado’s Sangre de Cristo Mountains as John takes you on a unique, spiritual pilgrimage into the area’s sacred stone meditation seats. Used for millennia for the cultivation of spiritual practices, John has kept this sacred area relatively secret for the last 25 years, both to honor the Native ancestors who created and used these seats, and to protect them from abuse and dishonor. Unique to the Western world, these sites, and many others like them, are now in danger because of the very fact that so little is known about them. Now, the only way to save them is to open this ancient mystery school to all.
27) Pilgrimage to Sacred Sites
John will guide you on a pilgrimage through a selected sacred site, sharing a wide range of applications, principles and practices throughout. What will be exchanged is left open for discussion within the group, and indeed depends largely on the group and the location. It’s a wonderful opportunity for spontaneous, mutual exploration of spiritual principles and experiences. |
